Data and the underlying data infrastructure are preconditions for a responsible (and transparant) use of AI, because data can be seen as the fuel for AI and the underlying infrastructure as ‘the road’ to connect all needed datasources with the used AI-tools. So, discussing the responsible use of AI tools cannot be held without talking about the data and the underlying data infrastructure. Roland will talk about how Rotterdam is building a digital ecosystem in which data and digital can be used in a responsible way by all participants
