In our publishing house (among others De Volkskrant, AD, NU.nl, Trouw, Het Parool and 7 regional newspapers) we are experimenting with AI as a tool to help journalists and enhance newsroom tasks.
At the same time we are looking at the possible changes in media consumption as a result of the AI-transformation. Will this development suffocate or help serious journalism?
