Together with the Dutch edition of New Scientist, CWI proudly presents a one-off anniversary magazine. Featuring a wide variety of CWI research, the magazine provides a look behind the scenes of the institute. The magazine was officially launched during CWI’s 75th anniversary event.
Over the past 75 years, our institute has built up a rich history of scientific breakthroughs. But what are the challenges and opportunities that the current generation of CWI researchers is working on?
In a special edition of New Scientist, CWI researchers present their achievements, as well as remarkable successes, insights, and opinions. Covering themes such as artificial intelligence, digital security, quantum software, and data management, the magazine offers a wide array of research in mathematics and computer science.
The magazine was launched today, during CWI’s 75th anniversary event. The first magazine was presented to CWI director Ton de Kok by New Scientist editor Ans Hekkenberg.
The magazine is available free of charge. Printed copies can be ordered on our ordering page. A pdf file of the magazine is available for download in English and Dutch. The magazine can also be viewed online on the digital publishing platform Issuu.com.
